Warm up ( 3 sets of barbell complex + 3 rounds of stretching)

Power Clean singles 70, 80, 90, 100 then 105kg

Power Clean triples @ 83kg for 5 sets

Clean Shrug triples @ 120,130,140,145,145kg

Front squat doubles 120,125,125kg

push press 3 X 5 @ 50kg (practiced a wider grip and a quick lock out)

15 pull ups
